RyeTAGA is the Ryerson student chapter of the Technical Association of the Graphic Arts (TAGA) and is the only student chapter in Canada. Every year, the RyeTAGA team works together to produce a technical journal from conceptualization to production to compete in an international competition hosted by the Technical Association of the Graphic Arts. This year, RyeTAGA was awarded the Helmut Kipphan Cup (the grand prize award), presented by the TAGA Board of Directors to the school that has produced a student publication that excels in technical content, print quality, and design.
This year, I was fortunate enough to be a part of the RyeTAGA executive team as Editorial Director. In this role, I was responsible for meeting with faculty advisors to select the student papers that would be published in the journal, as well as working with a team of associates to edit each paper before final publication.
Below is the digital version of the publication.
